We are looking for an experienced Service Account Manager to support ABB’s offshore customers with a strong focus on operational reliability, lifecycle services and long-term value creation.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for a select group of key accounts, building trusted relationships with stakeholders across customer organisations and within ABB. You will help customers maximise uptime and production while proactively identifying opportunities related to service agreements, modernization initiatives, cybersecurity, lifecycle management and obsolescence handling. The role requires a structured approach to planned shutdowns, rapid coordination during critical incidents and the ability to challenge established ways of working to improve customer outcomes. You will also contribute valuable customer insights that support future project and service opportunities. As several customers operate internationally, collaboration across cultures and nationalities will be a natural part of your daily work.
