This is a remote, full-time role based in Denmark with on-site and remote engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program leadership delivering enterprise-scale R&D or GxP technology programs in Pharma
• Deep understanding of Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Safety, Quality or Manufacturing
• Proven consulting experience supporting enterprise pharma clients
• Experience leading global teams on complex multi-system implementations with measurable impact
• Strategic thinker who defines technology roadmaps for transformation
• Executive communicator able to influence decisions across stakeholders
• Resilient problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and drives accountability
• Collaborative leader coordinating multiple internal and external teams while maintaining cadence
• Based in Denmark and able to travel up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

• Own and drive successful execution of Global R&D Vault implementations across Clinical, Regulatory, and Safety
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with customer IT and business executives to secure buy-in and governance
• Lead cross-functional Veeva teams (Sales, Product, Strategy, Services) to deliver unified programs
• Negotiate and lead services contracts and implementation proposals to expand value
• Lead program governance, anticipate risks, and resolve challenges across teams
• Oversee transitions from implementation to post-deployment operations and enablement
• Communicate with executive clarity to align all stakeholders and achieve world-class results
