Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Global Program Manager based in Denmark to drive enterprise-scale R&D transformation for major Vault customers across Europe. You will align Product, Sales, and Services to deliver value and secure long-term adoption.

You will lead multi-functional teams, manage complex contracts, and ensure governance and risk management across clinical, regulatory, and safety workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program leadership experience delivering enterprise-scale R&D or GxP technology programs in Pharma
• Deep understanding of Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Safety, Quality, or Manufacturing
• Proven consulting experience supporting enterprise pharma clients across multiple business domains
• Demonstrated success leading global teams to deliver complex, multi-system implementations with measurable impact
• Strategic thinker with experience defining technology roadmaps that modernize operations and enable transformation
• Executive communicator capable of influencing decisions and building alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
• Based in Denmark and able to travel up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the successful execution of complex, multi-functional Global R&D Vault implementations (Clinical, Regulatory, and Safety) at strategic accounts, ensuring measurable business impact
• Forge trusted-advisor relationships with customer IT and business executives to define, secure buy-in for, and govern long-term transformation roadmaps
• Strategically lead and align cross-functional teams—Sales, Product, Strategy, and Services—to deliver unified, outcome-driven programs
• Champion the growth trajectory by negotiating and leading services contracts and implementation proposals
• Act as the governance leader by anticipating risks, resolving challenges, and inspiring cross-team collaboration
• Ensure long-term success by overseeing transitions from implementation into post-deployment operations
• Communicate proactively to keep all stakeholders aligned and motivated to achieve world-class results
