Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Global Program Manager to spearhead global R&D transformations for top Vault customers across Europe. You will own the overall success, align Product, Sales and Services, and drive adoption and growth with executive-level engagement.

The role is remote, full-time, based in Denmark, with up to 25% travel and no visa sponsorship planned. You will ensure governance, risk mitigation, and seamless transitions from implementation to post-deployment support.

Qualifications

• Extensive program leadership experience delivering enterprise-scale R&D or GxP technology programs.
• Strong understanding of Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Safety, Quality, or Manufacturing.
• Proven consulting experience for enterprise pharma clients.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive multi-functional Global R&D Vault implementations with measurable impact.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align executive stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Negotiate and lead services contracts and expansion of product adoption.
