Job summary

Veeva Systems in Denmark is seeking a Global Program Manager to own the end-to-end R&D transformation for our Vault customers across Europe. You will align Product, Sales and Services to deliver measurable outcomes and maximize customer impact.

You will lead multi-functional teams, architect roadmaps, negotiate contracts, and guide governance while enabling ongoing customer enablement and post-deployment success. Remote/onsite blend with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program leadership delivering enterprise-scale R&D or GxP tech programs.
• Deep understanding of Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Safety, Quality, or Manufacturing.
• Proven consulting experience with enterprise pharma clients.
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams and multi-system implementations.
• Ability to define technology roadmaps that enable transformation.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-functional Global R&D Vault implementations with measurable impact.
• Build and sustain trusted-advisor relationships with customer IT and business executives.
• Align Sales, Product, Strategy and Services to deliver outcomes.
• Negotiate and lead services contracts to expand value.
• Proactively manage risks and drive accountability across teams.
• Oversee transitions from implementation to post-deployment enablement.
• Communicate with executive clarity across all stakeholder levels.
