Job summary

Kyocera Fastening Solutions France is seeking a Project Manager – R&D & Technology to lead product development initiatives in an international supplier network. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver innovative technology projects that support growth.

You will contribute to shaping the product roadmap and strengthening supplier partnerships across Europe and Asia while ensuring robust project execution and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, product development, engineering or a technical role.
• Structured approach with strong execution and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with external suppliers or international partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage product development and technology projects with external suppliers and partners.
• Define project plans, milestones, deliverables and timelines; monitor progress.
• Identify risks and dependencies; drive corrective actions as needed.
• Drive development activities through strategic suppliers with focus on collaboration and execution.
• Coordinate activities across Product Management, Sales, Purchasing, Stock Control, Operations and R&D.
• Support onboarding of new suppliers and development partners; contribute to consolidation efforts.
• Ensure compliance with technical requirements, documentation standards and development processes.
• Travel internationally approx. 30 days per year to Asia-based suppliers.
