Job summary

Eurowind Energy seeks a Senior Global Technology Specialist, PV, to shape global PV operations and portfolio development. Based in Porto or Hobro, you will set technical direction and translate complex challenges into scalable standards across markets.

You will own lifecycle strategies, O&M frameworks, and governance, collaborating across geographies and leveraging data analytics to drive reliability and value. This role offers global exposure and travel across Eurowind's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of solar PV systems and the ability to translate complexity into actionable standards.
• Experience with O&M strategy, lifecycle management (retrofit, repowering, decommissioning), and reliability engineering.
• Background in global or multi-market asset management with commercial awareness linking technical decisions to asset value.
• Structured, analytical approach and ability to communicate complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative and cross-functional, able to lead across disciplines and geographies.
• Open to using AI and digital tools to improve analysis, standardisation, and scaling PV operations.
• Role requires the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own PV lifecycle strategy and technical standards for Eurowind's global operations.
• Translate complex challenges into frameworks usable across markets.
• Develop and improve PV O&M strategies, lifecycle frameworks, and standards.
• Analyse performance data and failure patterns to drive reliability improvements.
• Lead technical evaluations and prepare material for lifecycle, performance, and investment cases.
• Contribute PV expertise to incident analysis and defining corrective actions.
• Specify commissioning and handover requirements and capture lessons learned.
• Interface between global offices, PV competence center, and PV O&M knowledge base.
