Job summary

MacArtney Underwater Technology in Hjerting, near Esbjerg, seeks a Proposal Coordinator to join the Product Management team. You will coordinate proposals for large international projects and collaborate with Sales Directors, Product Managers and our global sales organisation to ensure professional, on-time submissions.

You will develop proposal materials, templates and documentation libraries, maintain quotations in the ERP system (Navision/Business Central), and support the Product Management

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating proposals, sales support, or project coordination.
• Technical or administrative qualification relevant to technical products.
• Strong technical understanding and interest in technical products and solutions.
• Fluent in Danish and proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal processes for large international projects.
• Prepare technical quotations, descriptions and documentation with Product Managers.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals with supporting documentation.
• Create and maintain quotations in the ERP system and ensure a smooth handover for order processing.
• Coordinate activities between Sales Directors, Product Managers and other stakeholders.
• Maintain and further develop proposal templates, documentation libraries and presentation materials.
• Provide administrative support to the Product Management team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools and ways of working.
• Participate in customer meetings and presentations as required.
