Your Role
The Project Capture Manager will be responsible for the end‑to‑end development of customer proposals, ensuring alignment between technical, commercial, legal, and business stakeholders. The role bridges technical solution design, program planning, cost estimation, and commercial governance to deliver high‑quality, competitive, and compliant proposals.
- Proposal Coordination & Governance: Coordinate and synchronize proposal activities across technical teams, Sales, and Business Management, acting as central point of contact and remaining engaged through to contract signature, working with Legal & Contract Managers to ensure that technical solutions, assumptions, schedules, and resource commitments are robust, realistic, and executable.
- Proposal Content Development: Contribute to key proposal sections including execution approach, governance, milestones, and risks, while developing schedules and ensuring content is consistent, compliant, and aligned with requirements.
- Business Alignment: Align proposal activities with bid strategies and business priorities, ensuring support for commercial objectives, risk appetite, and long‑term goals.
- Cost, Price & Estimation: Lead and support estimation activities, validating scope, assumptions, and risks, and ensuring a solid and traceable foundation for cost and pricing in collaboration with Sales and Business Management.
- Process & Standardization: Drive standardization and continuous improvement of proposal processes, templates, tools, and methodologies in collaboration with PMO and Capture teams.
- Proposal Capability Development: Strengthen proposal practices and methodologies to improve quality, efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational growth.

- Creating clear and reliable project plans, cost estimates, and proposal content
Longer term, you’ll take ownership of maturing proposal capabilities across the organization, improving consistency and competitiveness, and contributing directly to winning complex projects and driving business growth.
What You Bring
You are a structured and commercially aware professional with a balanced approach to competitiveness, risk, and execution quality, supported by expertise in cost estimation, pricing, and risk assessment. You have a demonstrated ability to coordinate and align technical, commercial, legal, and business stakeholders, and to lead structured end‑to‑end bid processes covering timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Have a technical background (e.g., engineering or equivalent) combined with a business or commercial education.
- Have solid experience in project or program management, including planning, governance, and execution.
- Proven experience in proposal, bid, or capture management within complex, cross‑functional environments, including development of high‑quality, competitive, and compliant proposals.
- Can contribute to proposal content such as execution plans, schedules, and risk frameworks.
- Experience with process standardization and continuous improvement, ideally in collaboration with a PMO.

Location & Compensation
The primary workplace will ideally be at our premises at Langagervej 6, Aalborg, Denmark, but it can also be at our office in Luxembourg. Salary and start date will be individually negotiated.
