Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Project Manager within the Licensing & Extended Line organisation to drive consumer product projects from idea to launch. You will own end-to-end planning, governance, and risk management while aligning business aims with supply chain excellence across a global stakeholder network.

You will lead cross-functional teams across time zones, deliver transparent plans, optimise ways of working, and ensure on-time launches.

Qualifications

Strong Project Management toolbox and craftmanship such as building robust project plans and risk management.
Proven experience leading novelty product development projects.
Resilient mindset with ability to remove roadblocks and find alternative paths.
Strong team leadership with clear direction and priorities.
Collaborated with global teams across time zones.
Self-driven with proactive analytical mindset and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

End-to-end planning and adjusting plans as needed.
Informal daily team leadership to maintain high performance.
Lead risk management across feasibility, desirability and viability with full value-chain perspective.
Own quality management and manage project complexity.
Set up and improve ways of working for global teams in different time zones.
Manage project budgets, resources, and governance meetings.
