Job summary

The LEGO Group, a leading global toy designer and manufacturer, is seeking a Project Manager to drive consumer products from idea to launch. You will own end-to-end planning, risk management, and governance for initiatives across Licensing & Extended Line, coordinating with a diverse, worldwide stakeholder network.

In this role you will optimise processes, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery while balancing business goals and value chain excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong project management planning and risk management skills.
• Experience leading novelty product development projects.
• Ability to remove roadblocks and find alternative paths to objectives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across time zones and functions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end planning and adjusting plans as needed.
• Lead a high-performing team with clear priorities.
• Lead risk management across feasibility, desirability, viability, and mitigate throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and improve ways of working to drive efficiency across global time zones.
• Manage project budgets and resources; facilitate trade-off decisions.
• Drive governance meetings and project reporting.
