Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund invites a Project Manager to drive consumer product initiatives from idea to launch within the Licensing & Extended Line organization. You will own end-to-end planning, governance and risk management while coordinating with global stakeholders to deliver on milestones.

You will lead a diverse team across time zones, optimise processes, and ensure on-time launches while balancing business goals and value chain excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong project management toolbox and craftsmanship with ability to create clear project plans and manage risk pro-actively.
• Experience leading novelty product development projects across multiple functions and time zones.
• Resilient mindset with ability to remove roadblocks and find alternative paths to objectives.
• Proven leadership to maintain a highly motivated team with clear priorities.
• Experience partnering with global teams across functions and regions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan end-to-end project timelines and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide daily informal team leadership to maintain clarity, priorities, and performance.
• Lead risk assessment across feasibility, desirability and viability, with mitigation across the value chain.
• Set up and improve ways of working to drive efficiency of a global team across time zones.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and cost trade-offs; drive governance meetings and reporting.
• Drive successful launches through collaboration with design, packaging, engineering, and marketing.
