Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in product or category management in a commercially driven environment.
• Experience in regulated product areas with certification and compliance requirements.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to challenge opportunities when needed.
• Analytical, structured approach using data and customer insights for decisions.
• Proactive communication across markets to gather information quickly.
• Ability to work internationally in English and Danish with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the Protective Wear portfolio reflecting market demand and regulatory targets.
• Engage with sales, partners, and customers with product expertise and training.
• Maintain product data across SAP, Axapta, and PIM including specs and pricing.
• Coordinate availability and lifecycle activities with Supply Chain to reduce excess stock.
• Provide input for tenders, analyses, marketing materials, and project data sheets.
