Job summary

Alfa Laval seeks a Global Product Manager for Digital Services to shape and scale our digital service portfolio within Hygienic Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer Technologies. You will work with cross‑functional teams to translate customer needs into scalable, market‑relevant solutions.

You will partner closely with senior leaders, help connect product development with market execution, and contribute to evolving our portfolio with a focus on scalable condition monitoring as a core offering.

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in a relevant field (Engineering, Business) with strong analytical skills.
• 3–5 years of product management, product development, or business development in B2B settings.
• Experience from industrial/mechanical environments with digital products, IoT or data-driven services.
• Strong commercial understanding of how digital offerings create customer value.
• Experience with condition monitoring, IoT or data-driven service offerings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead product direction, vision, roadmap, and priorities for digital services.
• Engage with customers and support commercial efforts to drive adoption.
• Contribute to packaging and pricing discussions from a product perspective.
• Support go-to-market activities with leadership and sales teams.
• Define and track product KPIs to enable insights across teams.
