Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Global Product Manager for Digital Services to scale our digital service portfolio within the Hygienic Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer Technologies units. You will work with product, technology, commercial and operations teams to shape direction and translate customer needs into scalable, market-relevant solutions.

You will lead a hybrid, European-based role with travel to support go-to-market and governance, focusing on customer value and scalable digital offerings

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in Engineering, Business or similar field.
• 3–5 years in B2B product management or related roles.
• Experience in industrial/mechanical environments with digital products.
• Strong commercial understanding of how digital services create value.
• Exposure to IoT, condition monitoring or data-driven services is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Agile or iterative development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead product direction, roadmap, and priorities for digital services with focus on scalability and customer value.
• Work hands-on with customers and support commercial efforts to drive adoption.
• Contribute to packaging and pricing discussions.
• Support GTM activities with leadership and Go-to-Market teams.
• Develop Digital Services Product & Portfolio Management governance and ways of working.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements for technology teams.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption and value realization.
