Job summary

Danfoss in Denmark seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead new product development and product changes from concept to implementation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and product management to ensure on-time delivery with right quality and cost.

Your role requires strong PM skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence across functions and locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional projects in manufacturing/engineering.
• Strong project management and ability to execute complex initiatives.
• Ability to influence across functions, locations, and levels.
• Clear communication and ability to present status to drive alignment.
• Structured, proactive problem-solving and delivery of results.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development and product change projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, align priorities and drive accountability across locations.
• Plan and manage milestones, deliverables, risks and dependencies.
• Monitor project performance and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve risks early, escalating critical issues to protect timelines.
