Job summary

Ambu A/S in Denmark is seeking a Global Business Owner for Global Procurement to lead ERP, QMS and PLM transformation from Ballerup. You will turn strategy into harmonized processes and measurable value, reporting to the Global Operations Program Director and collaborating with IT, Finance and Quality.

This role requires extensive leadership within Global Procurement, ERP/QMS/PLM experience, and the ability to travel internationally to drive the program across sites and functions.

Qualifications

• Have leadership experience within Global Procurement.
• Hold a degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Have strong knowledge of global operations and end-to-end processes.
• Come from medical devices, life sciences, pharmaceuticals or another regulated industry.
• Have delivered major business transformation or enterprise system implementations.
• Have strong executive presence and can influence across functions and sites.
• Have ERP, QMS or PLM experience (ideally Infor M3 or Dassault Systèmes) and are flexible to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Developing the transformation roadmap, target operating model and benefit case for Global Procurement
• Representing Global Procurement in program governance and making timely decisions
• Driving simplification, harmonization and adoption across sites
• Ensuring processes, data and systems meet quality and regulatory requirements
