Qualifications

• Solid experience in category management and global strategic procurement.
• Leader of leaders, delivering results and building high-engagement organisations.
• Deep category expertise across complex indirect spend in Professional Services, External Workforce or Digital/IT.
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and align a global matrix organisation around shared outcomes.
• Experience leading complex negotiations and strategic supplier relationships.
• Experience leveraging shared services and global procurement operating models.
• Strong analytical judgement and financial acumen, with understanding of AI/automation in procurement.
