SOUNDBOKS is seeking a Head of PR & Talent to own global PR strategy and execution from its Copenhagen base. You will build and lead an international network, connecting teams, agencies, and talent to amplify stories across markets while aligning PR with commercial priorities.

The role demands a track record in global consumer PR, brand-building, and leadership in small teams, with a passion for music culture and immersive brand experiences.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in global consumer PR leadership.
• Strong network across Northern Europe, Germany and the US.
• Experience building a lifestyle brand and knowing what it takes to stand out.
• International work or living experience, bringing market insights closer to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own global PR efforts from strategy through execution.
• Lead relationships with PR partners in Northern Europe, the US and Germany.
• Own the global budget and allocate spend for maximum reach.
• Set PR direction closely aligned with brand strategy and commercial priorities.
• Collaborate with Brand and Marketing to identify moments for PR impact.
• Manage internal teams, agencies, and talent to deliver stories.
• Drive hands-on press trips, events, and launch support.
