Job summary

SOUNDBOKS is seeking a HEAD OF PR & TALENT to shepherd global PR and talent initiatives from strategy through execution. Based in Copenhagen, you will connect internal teams with agency partners and top talent to ensure stories resonate across markets.

You’ll own the PR calendar, budget, and key international partnerships to maximize reach. The role requires 5–10 years in global consumer PR, with a proven network in Northern Europe, the US, and Germany.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience working with global consumer PR.
• Proven ability to build and activate a broad network across regions.
• Experience shaping PR as part of a lifestyle brand’s strategy.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of global PR from strategy to execution.
• Lead relationships with PR partners in Northern Europe, US and Germany.
• Own the global PR budget and determine investment for reach.
• Align PR with brand strategy and commercial priorities.
• Turn annual calendar moments into high-impact PR activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and talent for launches.
