Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Partner and Customer Enablement Lead based in Denmark to direct global enablement, coaching, training, and QA across international programmes. You will coach partners and trainers, ensuring high training quality while driving adoption outcomes, with up to 40% international travel.

Role mixes customer enablement, programme delivery, software configuration, data-driven QA, and stakeholder engagement in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Teaching or training qualification with at least 2 years of experience as a teacher, trainer, or facilitator.
• Experience training teams remotely in low- and middle-income countries.
• Strong understanding of software products, configuration processes, and customer adoption.
• Experience managing customer or partner relationships and driving program outcomes.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt training for varying literacy and English proficiency.
• Strong data literacy to monitor engagement and outcomes.
• High ownership and ability to work independently in a self-managed environment.
• Experience in customer success, customer enablement, or technical account management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, enablement, and in-country software user training using learning assets.
• Deliver demonstrations and hands-on facilitation when needed.
• Support field visits and keep partners aligned with software updates.
• Coach trainers to cascade learning while maintaining quality and outcomes.
• Own software adoption metrics and intervene to improve usage and outcomes.
• Coordinate with product, data, and program teams across multiple countries.
• Validate workflows, configure deployments, and test before rollout.
• Manage multiple country programs with capacity planning and dependencies.
