Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, Operations Finance or similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of financial planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI experience.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and build cross-functional relationships.
• Structured and proactive approach with interest in improving processes and creating business value.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly performance reporting and provide insights into financial and operational results.
• Analyze performance against budget and forecast, identify key trends, and explain business impacts.
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes in close collaboration with stakeholders across the business.
• Assess risks, opportunities and improvement initiatives to support decision-making.
• Develop reporting tools, dashboards and performance measures that increase transparency and strengthen business insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of reporting processes, forecasting accuracy and data quality.
