Job summary

Maersk seeks a Global Operational Excellence PMO to lead the structured deployment of The Maersk Way from strategy to action. You will work across regions and teams, embedding new routines, governance, and performance practices, with hands-on lean facilitation in real ops environments.

You will train, coach, and enable leaders and teams, driving adoption and sustainable impact while spending significant time at gemba and traveling globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operational Excellence or Lean environments.
• Proven programme or project management in large-scale transformations.
• Experience delivering training and facilitating workshops.
• Strong structured problem solving (A3, RCA).
• Experience leading Kaizen events in operations and transactional areas.
• Data-driven mindset; link metrics to improvement actions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the structured rollout of The Maersk Way across the organisation.
• Develop and execute multi-year deployment plans with milestones.
• Champion implementation of TMW elements, including action plans.
• Deliver training and capability-building sessions on TMW tools and routines.
• Facilitate continuous improvement activities (Kaizen workshops, problem solving).
• Work with leaders to translate TMW into local execution plans.
• Track adoption, progress, and risks with governance and escalation.
• Refine deployment approaches based on feedback and readiness.
