Job summary

3Shape A/S in Copenhagen seeks an Omnichannel Orchestration Lead to own the orchestration layer across channels, shaping journey design, audience segmentation, decisioning logic, and personalization at scale within Global Marketing.

You will bridge Marketing, Commercial, Data and IT, translating business needs into requirements, driving adoption, and partnering with IT to evolve capabilities that enable scalable customer engagement and commercial growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing technology or related field.
• Experience with MarTech ecosystems and integrations.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into requirements.
• Experience with AI capabilities in omnichannel.

Responsibilities

• Evolve omnichannel engagement foundations across channels.
• Define and govern audience and segmentation frameworks.
• Act as business lead and super user for orchestration platform.
• Establish governance and global regional consistency.
• Translate business needs into data, integrations, automation, and reporting requirements.
• Partner with IT on design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Define and prioritize the omnichannel capability roadmap.
