Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in economics or business with science background.
• 7+ years in pharma, including New Product Planning, Business Development, Global Marketing, or Project Management.
• Proven drug development commercialization experience.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and collaborate across boundaries.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and anchor the early pipeline portfolio strategy with clear guidance and actionable recommendations.
• Represent the commercial perspective for External Innovation and Corporate Business Development and guide deal decisions.
• Lead commercial deliverables for development projects, including PPDs, valuations, and business cases for governance boards.
• Represent Obesity Early Pipeline in Global Project Teams, providing clear commercial recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee BD assessments across team members and ensure portfolio alignment in all evaluations.
• Act as a senior mentor and thought leader within the team, fostering collaboration and best practices.
