The LEGO Group in Denmark seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic moulding initiatives that connect technology, industrialisation and production. This permanent role creates direction across complex programs and translates manufacturing ambitions into practical plans.

You will build alignment across sites and suppliers, manage roadmaps and ensure operational readiness from strategy through implementation.

Qualifications

• Led complex technical or manufacturing programs involving multiple projects or workstreams.
• Managed injection moulding, moulding technology or closely related industrial manufacturing initiatives.
• Directed Project Managers, technical leads or workstream owners across interconnected programs.
• Delivered production transformation, technology implementation, capacity expansion or production transfer projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex moulding programs from strategic direction through implementation and operational readiness.
• Create clarity around priorities, ownership, dependencies, risks and decisions.
• Translate manufacturing priorities into roadmaps, programs and projects.
• Connect technical, operational and business perspectives to keep work moving.
• Build alignment across functions, production sites and suppliers.
