Job summary

LEGO Group in Denmark seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic moulding initiatives, connecting technology, industrialisation and production. You will direct multi-project programs, align priorities, and transform ambitions into practical plans.

You’ll join a global team of PMs and technology specialists, work in a hybrid setup with three days in the office, and help scale solutions across sites and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Led complex technical or manufacturing programs involving multiple projects or workstreams.
• Managed injection moulding, moulding technology or closely related industrial manufacturing initiatives.
• Directed Project Managers, technical leads or workstream owners across interconnected programs.
• Delivered production transformation, technology implementation, capacity expansion or production transfer projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex moulding programs from strategic direction through implementation and operational readiness.
• Create clarity around priorities, ownership, dependencies, risks and decisions.
• Translate manufacturing priorities into roadmaps, programs and projects.
• Connect technical, operational and business perspectives to keep work moving.
• Build alignment across functions, production sites and suppliers.
• Help turn moulding ambitions into robust manufacturing solutions.
