Job Description
Just imagine shaping the technologies behind LEGO® moulding production across the world. Then make it real.
As our Senior Project Manager, you'll lead strategic moulding initiatives that connect technology, industrialisation and production. This is a permanent role where you'll create direction across complex programs, align priorities and turn manufacturing ambitions into practical plans.
If you've worked in a role where you connected several technical projects into one clear program, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to create direction, make sound decisions and bring people together around shared outcomes.
You'll join a global LEGO® team of Project Managers and technology specialists. Together, we're developing, industrialising and scaling technologies for moulding production worldwide. We connect technology development, manufacturing needs, suppliers and production sites. You'll work in a hybrid rhythm, spending at least three days each week in the office. We value clear communication, shared ownership and teamwork across functions, sites and cultures.
You'll bring structure to strategic initiatives and help teams move complex programs forward together. The first major task will be to connect strategy, technology and people to shape the future of moulding. You'll work closely with Project Managers, technology specialists, manufacturing teams, production sites and suppliers to turn strategic priorities into reliable solutions.
