Arla Foods is seeking a data scientist to help shape the future of milk planning by developing forecasting and optimization solutions. You will work with advanced forecasting, AI, and optimization to improve milk supply allocation across Arla's global production network.

The role partners with IT & Digital, Global Trading & Planning, and Arla Foods Ingredients to co-create digital roadmaps and realize the value of digital investments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data science or a similar technical role.
• Hands-on with Python, SQL, Databricks and Azure-based data solutions.
• Ability to translate complex data into practical business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasting and optimisation solutions using Python, SQL, Databricks, Azure.
• Support the operational performance of One Milk Balance and One Intake.
• Translate analytical insights into actionable Power BI reporting.
• Collaborate with global planners to improve forecasting and planning.
