Job summary

NIRAS is seeking a collaborative Bid Coordinator to strengthen our bidding capabilities for coastal, marine and infrastructure projects. You will set up bidding processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to proposal quality with text, templates and graphics, working with the Marine Business Unit and wider bidding team.

We value highly organized individuals with Danish and English writing, strong MS Office skills, and an interest in market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating bids, proposals, tenders, or similar business development activities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Danish and English.
• Proficient in proposal text, graphics and document production.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end preparation of tenders, proposals and prequalification submissions.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, deadlines and quality standards.
• Contribute to proposal development by coordinating input and improving presentation quality.
• Maintain proposal resources such as project references, CVs and bid libraries.
• Monitor portals and market opportunities; support business development.
• Collaborate with technical experts and senior management during bid process.
