Job summary

BESTSELLER Logistics is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support the daily flow of goods to NON-EU markets. You will handle administrative logistics tasks, book transports and follow up to ensure shipments move as planned.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external transport partners in a large, international setup, taking responsibility for tasks and keeping information up to date. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience from logistics, administration, transport or a similar field.
• Structured and detail-oriented in your way of working.
• Able to communicate clearly and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Booking transports and coordinating shipments with relevant partners.
• Following up on bookings, deliveries and deviations.
• Handling administrative tasks related to transport and customs.
• Coordinating with internal colleagues and external transport partners.
