Join our Flow of Goods Development team and help shape the future of logistics at BESTSELLER by improving business processes, driving digital development and delivering tangible value across the organisation.

YOUR ROLE
  • Translate business challenges, opportunities and strategic objectives into clear requirements and value-driven solutions with Process Owners, Product Owners and development teams.

YOUR TEAM

In Flow of Goods, we have more than 50 dedicated colleagues working to ensure that BESTSELLER products move seamlessly from our suppliers to our customers while continuously improving the way we work.

You'll join a small development team consisting of four colleagues and your manager. We work across process development, data and reporting and project implementation. We value curiosity, collaboration and the ability to challenge existing ways of working constructively.

Our development team acts as a partner to the wider logistics organisation, helping turn operational challenges and strategic ambitions into improved processes, stronger data foundations and digital solutions.

Together, we connect logistics with brands, markets and central functions, keeping BESTSELLER fast, flexible and future-ready.

YOUR PROFILE
