Maersk Group - A.P. Møller Mærsk is seeking an ASSP Academy Lead to define and deliver the capability-building strategy for Asset Strategy.

You will translate business priorities into learning experiences, leadership programs, and capability initiatives that strengthen performance and future-ready talent. The role partners with ASSP Leadership, designs scalable learning journeys, manages flagship programs for procurement professionals, and measures impact using data and insights across a complex

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience designing capability-building initiatives.
Proven experience working with senior leaders on capability and talent priorities.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication and project management skills.
Experience partnering with senior leaders on capability and talent priorities.
Knowledge of digital learning platforms and technologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver the ASSP Functional Capability Strategy aligned with priorities.
Establish capability frameworks, learning journeys, and development pathways.
Identify capability gaps and future workforce needs with leaders.
Maintain governance, operating model, and learning portfolio roadmap.
Design, manage, and improve the ASSP Academy portfolio and flagship programs.
