Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Lean Specialist to join the Global Service LEAN team, primarily based in Aarhus, Denmark, with international scope. You will drive Service Lean roadmaps, deploy tools, and lead Kaizens while coordinating with global stakeholders to improve operational excellence and reduce costs.

The role requires substantial experience in change management, strong communication, and the ability to influence across regions. Travel and multi-country collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Academic Bachelor degree level or higher within Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of Change Management (Lean) experience and proven track record of success.
• Experience within the offshore working environment.
• Preferable experience as a manager.

Responsibilities

• Continue to develop and execute the Service Lean NCE Offshore roadmap
• Secure Lean tools deployment, lead Kaizens and assess training needs
• Reduce operational costs through the implementation of Operational Excellence Projects and concepts in alignment with Global Transformation Plans and Cost-out bridges
• Facilitate sharing of Offshore best practices globally
