Job summary

Demant is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join the OneHearingCare program within Hearing Care IT – Sales and Service. You will translate business needs into scalable digital solutions and support the design and implementation of our next-generation CRM platform, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related enterprise systems.

• Experience translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
• Strong ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Proficient in mapping business processes and creating user journeys.
• Experience with CRM platforms and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to align objectives and priorities.
• Analyze and map processes, create process maps and functional specs.
• Support solution development and ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Contribute to testing (FAT, UAT) and quality assurance.
• Assist in change management with user guides and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes through technology while maintaining standards.
