Job summary

Demant IT is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join the OneHearingCare program, helping translate business needs into scalable digital solutions and supporting the design of the next-generation CRM platform. You will work with global teams to standardize processes, bridge business and technology, and contribute across the full solution lifecycle, including testing, training and deployment.

This role offers international exposure and opportunities to grow within a global Hearing Care

Qualifications

Analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into actionable specs.
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Salesforce.
Excellent communication in English in an international setting.

Responsibilities

Gather and translate business requirements, define solution features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, lead workshops and align objectives and requirements.
Analyze and map business processes, create process maps and functional specs for design.
Support solution development with clarifications and knowledge transfer to technical teams.
Contribute to testing and QA, including functional and integration testing and UAT.
Support implementation and adoption with training materials and user guides.
Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes through technology while respecting standards.
