Demant is seeking a Solution Architect to drive the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations template across our global ERP landscape. You will own design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the HA ERP template in sales and customer service, ensuring solutions align with business goals.

You will collaborate with international sales, web shop, CRM teams, and deployment/support functions to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years of experience as a Solution Architect with Microsoft ERP solutions.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a large enterprise.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with Unified pricing module and Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform and Azure DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Create and review functional design specifications within your area of responsibility.
• Own HA Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Template changes from design to acceptance testing.
• Lead template maintenance initiatives, including design and prioritization.
• Work with Global IT Solution Architects to ensure alignment across the IT landscape.
• Collaborate with deployment and support to define resource needs for testing and training.
• Inform management about risks, challenges, and concerns related to new functionality deployments.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives from ideas to implementation.
• Act as 3rd-level support within your area of responsibility.
• Work with product teams on Hearing Aid launches to understand requirements and test changes.
• Support decision-makers in defining optimal solutions across Demant Group.
• Contribute to application roadmaps and project plans with risk inputs.

We are looking for a Solution Architect to drive the development and evolution of our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations template and help shape a modern, scalable, and future‑ready ERP landscape.

In this role, you will take ownership of design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our ERP template across our global organization focusing on D365F&O in our sales- and customer service area. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, business-aligned solutions that support our sales and product initiatives. Furthermore, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, where standardization, optimization, and innovation go hand in hand with collaboration, trust, and continuous learning.

As a Solution Architect, you will bring together business needs, technical expertise, and structured processes to deliver stable, scalable, and user-focused ERP solutions. You will work closely with our colleagues in international sales and customer facing (web shop, CRM) and take ownership from ideas through implementation and support, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term application roadmaps.

Welcome to Hearing Aids IT – ERP Solutions

You will join Demant’s Hearing Aids (HA) IT organization, part of Global IT, consisting of around 265 talented professionals working together to enable innovation, reliability, and security across Demant’s global IT operations. Within this, you will be part of the ERP Solutions department, which consists of approximately 90 people (colleagues and external consultants). You will report to the Manager for ERP Design & Architecture and work closely with a team of solution architects and application architects.

Drive DFO Template Design and Development

In this role, you will take ownership of the HA Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations template withing the sales- and customer service area and ensure its continuous development, stability, and alignment with business needs and the rest of the areas. You will work closely with stakeholders, other architects, deployment teams, and support functions across regions.

By joining us, you will step into a key role where your expertise will directly impact our global ERP landscape. In this role, you will:

• Create and review functional design specifications within your area of responsibility, ready for development and/or technical specification
• Own HA Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Template changes from design to successful acceptance testing within the sales- and customer service area
• Lead template maintenance initiatives, including design and prioritization
• Work closely with other Solution Architects from Global IT to ensure solution alignment across the IT landscape within our sales domain
• Collaborate with deployment and support teams to define resource needs for testing and training in our sites
• Proactively inform management about risks, challenges, and concerns related to new functionality deployments
• Identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives from ideas to implementation
• Act as 3rd-level support within your area of responsibility
• Work with our product teams on Hearing Aid product launches to understand requirements for our systems, ensuring proper design and testing of changes with their products.
• Support key decisionmakers in defining and implementing optimal solutions across the Demant Group
• Contribute to application roadmaps and support execution by identifying risks, required competencies, and inputs to project plans

You can expect approximately 20 days of travel per year, visiting our site in Somerset (USA) and other sites.

What You Bring

You hold relevant education within IT, business, or a related field – or bring equivalent practical experience.

You bring 3–4 years of experience as a Solution Architect working with Microsoft ERP solutions, particularly Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, within a larger enterprise environment.

In addition, you bring a combination of business and technical insight within the sales area, along with a business mindset and the ability to translate requirements into scalable, effective solutions. You are a problem-solver who can navigate complexity, and you possess good facilitation, discovery, analysis, and prototyping skills.

Hopefully, you also have experience or familiarity with the Unified pricing module and Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure DevOps, AI tools (Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, or similar).
