Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategic HSE engagement with Global Key Customers in Logistics & Services. You will position HSE as a differentiator by translating governance, compliance programs, and risk mgmt into customer value.

You will build trusted partnerships with senior customer stakeholders, support growth opportunities, and establish governance across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership with strong HSE and commercial mindset.
• Experience engaging executives and multi-functional partners.
• Governance, risk, and compliance framework development in large organizations.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HSE partnerships with Global Key Customers in L&S.
• Develop customer-facing HSE value propositions and executive materials.
• Establish governance, escalation, and decision-making frameworks for HSE requirements.
• Translate HSE and risk insights into actionable business opportunities for customers.
