Vestas is seeking an HSE Execution Lead to strengthen global HSE standards across our manufacturing footprint. You will partner with factory HSE leaders to embed systems, ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement using data-driven methods.

The role demands strong incident investigation skills, experience with ISO management systems (45001/9001/14001), and willingness to travel up to 50% while coaching teams across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• Operational risk management in manufacturing.
• Experience with QHSE transformation and multi-site improvement.
• Experience with incident investigation and RCA methodologies (TapRoot).
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
• Data-driven problem solving (Six Sigma) with global leadership.
• Willingness to travel 50%+

Aufgaben

• Oversee HSE performance management across manufacturing locations, making sure key safety and compliance goals are met.
• Oversee HSE assurance activities, identifying gaps and ensuring effective mitigation plans are implemented.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE performance reporting and management reviews.
• Plan and oversee internal HSE audit programmes, ensuring consistent execution across factories.
• Conduct HSE audits and support sites in enhancing local audit processes and controls.
• Review and support incident investigations, supporting root cause analysis, learning, and preventive actions.
