Job summary

Vestas is seeking an HSE Team Lead in Denmark to oversee a team of about 30 external HSE professionals across the Nordic region. You will ensure safety culture, competencies, and effective resource allocation for construction projects.

You will tie together projects, share lessons learned, and supervise performance while working with planning teams and remote staff. Extensive travel is expected to support sites and teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of HSE on construction sites.
• Experience coordinating external consultants across projects.
• Strong understanding of Nordic HSE laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Hold regular 1:1 meetings with employees on well-being and performance.
• Allocate the right HSE resources to projects with the planning team.
• Onboard and support new HSE professionals in Vestas' systems and safety culture.
• Travel 60-80 days per year to support specialists on site.
