Zusammenfassung

Vestas in Germany seeks an experienced HSE Sales Specialist to shape contractor safety and governance on site in Hamburg or Husum. You will drive improvements, partner with multiple teams, and ensure regulatory compliance across the contractor lifecycle.

Leverage your HSE expertise, ISO standard knowledge and strong communication skills to analyze data, implement actions, and support a culture of safety and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Health & Safety or a technical discipline.
• Several years of HSE experience in an industrial setting, preferably wind energy.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and EU HSE regulations.
• Contract management knowledge and data-driven problem-solving.
• Excellent communication across all levels and international teams.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Promote HSE excellence across contractor activities and drive improvements.
• Oversee contractor HSE governance and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Procurement, SQD, CPX, Service Ops and HSE to embed HSE requirements.
• Coordinate contractor HSE performance across functions and stakeholders.
• Analyze audits, field observations and data to identify risks and trends.
• Turn insights into actionable improvement plans with clear accountability.
• Track contractor performance and implement corrective actions for excellence.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and share best practices.
