Job summary

Tekla seeks a Head of Retail to lead and grow its international retail network, owning all owned stores from the shop floor to clienteling, retail marketing, and new store openings.

Reporting to the Commercial & Merchandising Director, you will manage stores, drive KPIs, and build routines that ensure scalable, commercially disciplined expansion. Copenhagen is preferred, London possible, with regular travel across stores required.

Qualifications

• A senior leader with deep experience running stores across multiple regions or markets.
• Experience managing a clienteling tool and driving a clienteling strategy.
• Proven track record of driving retail KPIs and building the performance routines across doors.
• Experience in retail marketing, including events, local partnerships, and activations.
• Comfortable owning store opening projects, including recruitment and onboarding across formats.
• Commercially disciplined and operationally strong with consistent store portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Commercial performance and store management across owned stores and partner locations.
• Lead clienteling strategy, tool adoption, workflows, and reporting.
• Own in-store retail marketing and activations, calendar, and partnerships.
• Coordinate store openings end-to-end: site readiness, workflows, recruitment, onboarding.
• Oversee retail operations to synchronize stock, systems, POS, and fulfillment across formats.
