Job summary

Netcompany in Copenhagen is seeking a Head of People Strategy & Analytics to lead the People Strategy & Analytics function, manage a three-person team, and partner with the Chief People Officer to drive strategic people decisions for Group Leadership and the Board.

You will transform complex analyses and people insights into clear concepts and executive-ready presentations, own governance and reporting of global people data, and collaborate with CoE leads to translate business needs into

Qualifications

Experience in a strategic HR, People Strategy, management consulting, or analytics role.
Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the People Strategy & Analytics team.
Drive the People Strategy agenda in collaboration with the Chief People Officer.
Translate complex initiatives and analyses into executive-level presentations for Group Leadership and the Board.
Own governance, quality, and reporting of global people data across HR systems and Centers of Excellence.
Partner with CoE leads to translate business needs into scalable people initiatives and recommendations.
