Job summary

CIP Fund Solutions invites a senior leader to head People Operations & Technology across a global organisation. You will drive scalable, data‑driven HR operations, manage an Ops team of ~5–6 professionals, and ensure processes, systems and services deliver a high‑quality employee experience.

Key focus areas include onboarding, lifecycle events, Workday governance, analytics, and continuous improvement through automation.

Qualifications

• Min. 10 years in financial services, investment/PE, or corporate settings.
• Experience leading HR/People Operations teams (≈5 direct reports).
• Workday experience, including module implementation, is desired.
• Experience managing remote teams (Europe, India).

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Operations & Technology team (5-6 professionals) delivering scalable, data-driven HR ops.
• Oversee onboarding, contracts, promotions, transfers, comp and offboarding processes.
• Establish governance frameworks across the People function.
• Promote consistent, efficient service across all People Operations activities.
• Own and optimise HR systems, notably Workday, with accurate data and good UX.
• Develop People reporting, dashboards and analytics for timely insights.
• Ensure records and data management meet governance and compliance.
• Lead annual People processes: performance reviews, compensation cycles, org updates.
• Identify improvements, streamline and automate processes.
• Partner with Finance, Technology and other functions for alignment.
• Lead, develop and coach the People Operations & Technology team.
