Job summary

emagine is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Consultant to provide strategic advisory support and hands-on expertise within Workday Talent modules. The consultant will collaborate with HR and People & Culture teams to strengthen Workday capabilities and optimise processes.

This role requires a senior specialist with deep functional knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate independently at a strategic level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Workday Consultant.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Talent Space, including Performance and Compensation.
• Experience advising HR leadership at a strategic and operational level.
• Solid understanding of Workday configuration, optimisation, and best-practice design.
• Experience working in complex, international organisations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to work onsite a minimum of one fixed day per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic Workday advisory to HR leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead enhancements and optimisation within Workday Talent Space, including: Performance Management; Compensation.
• Review and improve existing Workday processes, workflows, and configurations.
• Support alignment of Workday capabilities with organisational goals and talent strategy.
• Conduct impact assessments and propose best-practice solutions for new Workday features.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners for smooth implementation and adoption.
• Provide guidance on Workday governance, documentation, and change management.
• Deliver hands-on configuration within Talent modules.
