Job summary

Maersk is seeking a strategic, enterprise-minded Head of L&S Category Management Automation, Storage and Packing Solutions to shape the category strategy for the company’s warehouse infrastructure. You will lead a global team and collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Technology to drive investment decisions and supply chain innovation.

Qualifications

Experience in category management, procurement leadership, supply chain, engineering, automation, warehousing, or related fields.
Track record building and executing category strategies across international spend portfolios.
Proven leadership in strategic sourcing, high-value negotiations, and complex commercial settings.

Responsibilities

Own and develop global category strategies aligned with Maersk's objectives.
Translate growth ambitions into category roadmaps, investments, and sourcing plans.
Link market intelligence and technology to long-term business needs.
Develop commercial models spanning CAPEX, OPEX, financing, leasing, and performance-based solutions.
Lead negotiations and sourcing for a global supplier portfolio.
