Blue Water Shipping A/S seeks a Product Owner for HR Platforms to shape, prioritize and develop HR systems, working with People & Culture, leaders, end-users and IT. You will proactively engage stakeholders, simplify processes and explore AI opportunities to improve employee and leader experiences.

The role focuses on standardization, automation and continuous improvement, ensuring delivery across People & Culture, IT and business units.

Qualifications

Experience in roles like Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Lead or similar.
Formal product management training or ownership certification is an advantage.
Ability to translate business needs into clear product priorities and user needs.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for HR platforms.
Identify improvement opportunities with People & Culture and end-users.
Drive standardization and simplification of people processes before tech changes.
Translate business needs into clear product priorities and solutions.
Own and facilitate roadmap prioritization with stakeholders across functions.
Ensure strong stakeholder engagement, adoption and continual improvement.
Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners for successful delivery.
