Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead facility projects across international sites, including refurbishments and capacity planning. You will turn business needs into clear plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage budgets and timelines.

You will travel as needed and join a Global Facility team focused on delivering high-quality solutions across locations. Fluent English required; Danish a plus.

Qualifications

• Three years of project management experience in construction/refurbishment or facility projects.
• Solid understanding of technical building installations and systems.
• Experience coordinating internal and external stakeholders across sites.
• Strong focus on long-term planning and budgeting for facilities.
• Ability to manage projects from concept through execution and handover.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage facility projects (refurbishments, expansions, capacity planning).
• Lead and coordinate project plans, budgets, timelines, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, international sites, consultants and suppliers.
• Prepare recommendations for management decisions and lease/purchase support with Legal.
• Manage seating plans, capacity and future space requirements.
