Job summary

Saxo Bank is seeking an experienced Employment Relations and Employment Law specialist to support our global People & Culture function. The role focuses on providing high-quality legal advice and ensuring compliant and pragmatic solutions across the organisation.

You will join the Employee Relations and People Operations team, driving governance and handling employment law matters in EMEA, with emphasis on stakeholder collaboration and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced financial

Qualifications

At least 5 years of full-time experience with employment law.
Deep knowledge of Danish employment law and its application in a financial company.
Master's degree in law or business law.
Strong Danish and English business language skills.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality legal advice on employee relations and employment law across the organisation.
Draft, review and implement templates, policies, and procedures from a legal perspective.
Support the Centre of Excellence in Employee Relations and coordinate with stakeholders across Saxo.
Ensure compliance with collective agreements and regulatory requirements.
Provide legal training and updates to leaders and the People & Culture function.
Support HR systems (e.g., Workday) data quality and workflows.
