Qualifications

• At least 5 years of full-time experience in employment law.
• Deep knowledge of Danish employment law.
• Experience from financial services is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality advice on employee relations and employment law across Saxo.
• Contribute to the Centre of Excellence of Employee Relations in EMEA.
• Draft and review employment contracts, addendums, policies and procedures.
• Support HR systems usage and data quality in day-to-day operations.
• Deliver legal trainings and updates to leaders and P&C teams.
